The Weekly Bunch

Each week, I choose flowers that are looking beautiful and growing in season. The flowers and colours change with what's blooming, making every week a lovely surprise. Each bunch is gathered in a relaxed garden inspired style with plenty of little details to enjoy.

A little flower care

A few simple tips to help your flowers settle in and look lovely for longer.

Trim stems

Give the stems a little trim, cutting on an angle, each time you change the water.

Fresh water

Pop your flowers in a clean vase with fresh water and change it every two days.

A cool spot

Find a place away from direct sunlight, heat, airconditioning vents and ripening fruit.

Enjoy them

Enjoy watching your flowers change and gently remove any that have finished blooming.

Hi, I'm Alice.

Florie grew from my love of pottering in the garden, growing flowers and enjoying how a few stems can change the feeling of a room.

I grew up on a property with a vineyard, an orchard and an apple tree that we used to climb. My first little garden patch was filled with white alyssum and purple statice, and I still remember how much I loved watching it grow. That love of flowers stayed with me. 

Now, you’ll often find me with a coffee and flowers tucked into one arm, and my little boy’s hand in the other. Those everyday joys are at the heart of florie.

What I love most is having the space to be creative and working with my hands alongside the seasons. Here in Adelaide, I gather each bunch with care, ready for you to enjoy at home or share with someone special.
